The AI bill is decoupled from the seat base. Each workspace picks one, and can switch anytime:

Paste your own provider key (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google). We charge $0 for AI and there's no hosted message limit — your key carries it.

We run the LLM, metered against credit packs. Pay-as-you-go, no provider account to manage. Each message draws one credit; at zero we prompt an honest top-up.

What makes it flexible

Seats à la carte. Add or remove seats any day, prorated — no locked buckets. Studio grows one seat at a time; Firm's volume per-seat starts at 10 seats.

One ramp, no re-platform. Same product solo → firm; you only add seats + governance. No migration, no tier lock-in.
Annual saves 20%. Flip any tier to annual billing for a −20% per-seat price.
